“观点类”材料作文高分思路
丁永辉
纵观近三年高考作文试题，命题者都在有意降低试题的审题难度，而注重考查考生的基本阅读与基本表达能力。所以近几年的高考作文试题虽以新材料作文为主，但是在80%试题材料中考生均可找到立意的关键词或观点句。如四川卷材料中的关键词是“平衡”；20课标卷的关键词是“经验与勇气”；年浙江卷材料中的关键词是“童心”；课标卷材料中的关键词是“大国崛起”；20大纲卷材料中的关键句是“甩掉多余的顾虑”等等。如此审题难度不大的试题但是偏题者甚至跑题者还是比比皆是，那么此类试题如何准确审题立意，最简单有效的方法就是“抓住观点句，紧扣关键词”……
【试题类型及高分思路】
“观点类”材料作文，从呈现观点的方式来看，可分为两大类：
一、“关键词”型
此类试题显著的特点就是材料中反复地出现某个词语，考生只需提炼出这个关键词，将其关键词当做一个话题来写即可准确审题立意。
如2013年课标卷Ⅱ材料中反复出现的关键词是“同学关系”；2013年浙江卷材料中反复出现的关键词是“孩子、童心”；2013年湖北卷材料中反复出现的关键词是“方与圆”等等。所以考生只要就着这些话题来谈就在切题的范围之内。
【全真模拟】阅读下面的材料，根据要求写一篇不少于800字的文章。
在美国，当小孩不吃饭的时候，母亲常常这样逗孩子：“赶快吃！你再不吃小心中国人都来抢光了！”的确，在现实境况中，不少人的行动原则，就是抢先得到实际的好处和利益。中国晚了一步，韩国“抢”走了本属于中国的传统文化节日端午节，又在试图“抢”李时珍、孔子、西施。从某种意义上讲，正是一些人时时处处都不择手段地“抢”，把我们的社会变成一个越来越崇尚“抢”的世界：日本核泄漏事件之后，中国掀起了“抢盐”狂潮；在交通路口，我们总能看到闯红灯的人，只为“抢先一步”；但凡需要排队的地方，我们总能看到插队的人……
要求：选好角度，确定立意，明确文体，自拟标题：不要脱离材料内容及含意的范围作文。
【活学活用】
通过阅读材料，考生能轻易地发现材料中反复出现的关键词是“抢”，而对于“抢”的态度，材料明显有两个，一个是肯定积极的抢，一个是否定过度的、盲目的抢。所以考生只需紧扣“抢”，从正反两方面或辩证地看待“抢”便可准确审题立意。①肯定“抢”的积极意义。如抢占时间，谋得发展；抢占先机，赢得机遇；抢夺名次，力争上游。有了“抢”的意识，才有目标，才有压力，才有精神，才不敢安于现状而停滞不前。国家、民族、集体、个人都需要“抢”。②解读“抢”的消极影响。如不良文人在抢，学术造假，抢名抢利；许多奸商在抢，伪劣产品，害人夺命（地沟油、苏丹红、毒奶粉、牛肉膏、瘦肉精等等）。③辩证地看待“抢”。“抢”是一种进取精神，“不抢”是一种豁达的胸襟；“抢”，不一定是勇敢，那也可能是莽撞，“不抢”，并非代表懦弱、胆怯……
二、“观点句”型
（1）“故事+一个观点”类。
此类试题材料的内容基本上就是讲个故事，故事的结尾必定有一个观点句，而此句恰恰又是对本故事的评价，所以考生只需紧扣观点句中的关键词即可准确立意。
如2013年课标卷Ⅰ，切割钻石的故事讲完后，老切割师说的“要有经验、技术，更要有勇气。不去想价值的事，手就不会发抖”这句话就是本材料的观点句。在这句话中，考生很轻易地能提炼出关键词“经验与勇气”，进而准确立意。然后紧扣“经验与勇气”联系现实即可行文。如：正视自己的不足需要勇气；实现青春的梦想需要勇气；中国梦的实现需要开拓创新的勇气。
【2014全真模拟】阅读下面的材料，根据要求写一篇不少于800字的文章。
小熊比尔和妈妈在河岸的草地上享用刚从河里捕到的鱼。见比尔若有所思，熊妈妈问：“比尔，去年你一条鱼也没抓到，可吃鱼时还是兴高采烈；今天你亲手抓到了好多鱼，可为何有点闷闷不乐呢？”
比尔说：“妈妈，不知从什么时候起，我心里有了担忧。”
“你担忧什么呀？”
比尔说：“比如，担忧河里不再有鱼，担忧你变老了，我却没能力为你抓足够的鱼。”

要求：选准角度，明确立意，自选文体，自拟标题；不要脱离材料内容及含意的范围作文。
小熊为何去年没抓到鱼开心而今年抓到鱼却不开心，原因在于它已认识到抓鱼是关系到饥馑温饱的头等大事，正如妈妈所说，因为有了责任才有了担忧。所以考生紧扣熊妈妈的话便可准确立意“长大是一种责任”，注意在行文时考生必须紧扣“长大”与“责任”这两个关键词。所以考生可选的素材有“李天一十年后能否真正长大”；药家鑫轻视别人的生命永远长不大；江苏扬州扬大附中诚信男孩徐砺寒用行动阐释了承担责任才是真正的长大……
（2）“故事+两个观点”类。
此类试题材料故事的结尾必定有两个观点句，而这两个观点句又是从不同的角度对本故事的评价，所以考生也只需紧扣观点句中的关键词即可准确立意。
如2013年辽宁卷，故事的结尾有两句话，一句是老者的话：“变成了珍珠，就没人忽视你了。”一句是年轻人的疑惑：“不过，沙子一定得变成珍珠，才能被人承认和尊重吗？”所以考生可从以下角度立意：①赞同第一个观点，必须做一颗不平凡的“珍珠”；②赞同第二个观点，做一粒平凡的“沙子”；③辩证地看待“沙子与珍珠”的关系。

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a college student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet. First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much _old_ information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. The human beings are stepping into the information society. The information industry develops increasingly, so do the hackers, trick-playing teens, exploring children, fraudsters, and serious white-collar criminals. Thus, information security becomes an impending important issue.

Then how to deal with this issue? Technology is only a partial solution to information security. Studying Abroad
Attending schools abroad has many advantages. Nationwide Shortage of Power Supply
According to experts, China is facing a more severe power shortage at present than it did in the second half of the year 20xx. In fact, a good number of provincial areas have already imposed power brownouts in the past few months.
There is no doubt that accelerating development of power-intensive industrial sectors, the growing pace of urbanization and low energy efficiency should be blamed for the extensive shortage of power supply. Besides, the situation is worsened by slow power construction and inadequate overall power generation.
In order to ease the current power shortage, a package of measures should be introduced as soon as possible. Firstly, a nationwide campaign should be launched to educate the public about methods to improve efficiency of energy consumption. There are many arguments about the advantages and disadvantages of examination. Some people think examination is the only way to test how examinees have mastered what they have studied and it is the only measurement for examiners to select which persons they need. The progression of computer is inevitable and undeniable. Nowadays computers also have become a part of our daily life. It is generally believed that a high diploma guarantees a promising future. Some people identify high diplomas with profound knowledge and exceptional competence.
