一、基本原则

[Abstract] As the popularity of the internet， an increasing number of people express their appeals on public events via internet， among which， the public health have become the highlighted spots， which always have a close relationship with the vital interests of the public. This article analyzes the emergence and development of the internet public opinion， combined with actual practice of publicity， to further explore the hospital in dealing with the internet public opinion that can be taken means of monitoring and approach of guiding inertnet public opinion， to resolve health events， create a good doctor-patient environment， and promote the harmonious development of the hospital.
