Health is our most important possession, so we should do our best to maintain it. As we all know, good health is necessary to happiness and success. On the contrary, people who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
As far as Im concerned , there are three principal suggestions for us to follow. First of all, we should adopt a scientific diet, which provides the necessities for your body. The second one is that we are supposed to persist in taking physical exercise , especially the people working indoors. Last but not least, we are supposed to stay in a cheerful mood.
As for me, in order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the _junk food_ although it usually tastes good. Moreover, I even form good habits of doing morning exercises, listening to beautiful music and reading good books, which always cheer me up.

I think its not a good idea to randomly pair up students for the spoken English training class. I have a few reasons for my , randomly pairing up students may lead to imbalanced language abilities within the groups. Some students might have advanced speaking skills while others may struggle with basic conversation. I am writing to express my views on the playground vandalism near my housing estate. The housing estate where I live in in the New Territories has many excellent facilities. While most people treat them properly, there are some people destroy all these valuable public resources. The playground equipment is heavily damaged. Some facilities are burned and broken. The graffiti are completely covered all over the place. Some of the graffiti even includes bad language. It’s adversely influence the children safety and our precious public resources.
The reason of this vandalism is mainly related to the people who are out of boredom and the shortage of security. Nowadays, most teenagers like to spend their time through hanging out with friends. When they have nothing to play or any recreational activities, the playground may be targeted as an amusement for spending their time. Due to teenagers are now in the process of building self-worth and self-esteem, they will try to do something over in order to get the peer recognition. For instant, the teenagers pretend to be a leader through destroying the facilities. In these recent years, these selfish and irresponsible behaviors under the fabricating, exaggerating from social media, started becoming rationalized. That’s why the playground vandalism happens. Secondly, it is because of the shortage of security guards. If there is security guard checking the playground regularly, to deter any vandalism promptly, this phenomenon will not happen.
To solve the problem, establishing a youth centre and forming a management committee are the best ways to solve the problem. Since Teenagers are having more free time, their needs of recreational activity are relatively elevated. Therefore, if there’s any activity or place to let them spend their free time, they will naturally lose interest in the destruction of the park, so as to protect the playground’s facilities and relieve the serious vandalism efficaciously. Establishing a youth centre is the best way to let the teenagers getting the community involved and spends their free time. In the youth centre, it will be provided some sporting equipment, chess game for them to play. Also, the youth centre will organize some activities for teenagers to enrich their life and help them to build up self-esteem, responsibility and self-worth. Let them can get into the community involved in the future easily.
Second, it’s about the security. Due to the shortage of security guard, the teenagers can go to destroy the park whenever they want. Nobody cares about it and looks after the place. It’s conceivable that the vandalism will continuously happen if there isn't any security guard. In contrast, if there is a management committee to supervise the playground, patrol it regularly, teenagers will behave more appropriate if they know that someone is watching them, so as to protect our facilities.
The situation now needs urgent attention! The existing playground is broken and dangerous for young children to play in. It’s not just vandalism, is a danger bomb in the society! If the problem cannot be solved promptly, it will become a vicious cycle, fully threaten our children safety and our daily life. Therefore, I earnestly urge the relevant departments to face and solve this problem immediately, so as to protect our children and facilities.

April 12 is memorable because our class had a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately.
Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering .
After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. Seeing the lines of trees, we all had a sense of achievement. We feel it’s our duty to protect and beautify our environment.

As the car pulled away，the woman in the wheelchair waved，and clutched the lilacs.

That woman needed those flowers more than I did. _

My Opinions on Volunteering
We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others it’s a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great.
I not only feel good about helping others but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity I’d like to visit old people’s houses to clean up for them. I’d also like to help sick kids in hospital. I love kids and I plan to put my love to good use by working in hospital.
In a word I’d like to help people who need help. If everyone helps out a bit the world will be more colorful.
My mother has a pair of keen eyes which can speak. Whenever I encounter difficulties, her eyes will encourage me and help me cheer up.
When I began learning to walk, mother always lent me a hand and encouraged me to stand up while I fell down. As I finally threw myself into her arms, her eyes Smiled with praise. Aftei I entered the school, mother's eyes still encouraged me. Once I failed my Chinese exam, my mother helped me find out the reasons instead of blaming me. Now I have grown up and become more independent, but whenever I come across setbacks, my mother's eyes are always with me encouraging me wherever I go.

Recently, there has been a growing concern among the public over the topic of the choice after graduation. As is described in the picture, a group of graduation is facing various roads such as: searching for jobs, pursuing further study, going abroad and entrepreneurship. The picture intends to convey to us this message: As adults, college students have to make decisions about their future life.
After graduation, college students have to make decisions about their future life. For those who are eager to become economically independent and to put into practice what they have learned in college, taking a job or doing poineeringwork will be both satisfying and rewarding. Getting established as a bread-winner after graduation is their main desire. By contrast, those who want to take advantage of the favorable conditions in college, however, will try to enroll in graduate programs inside or outside. For them, a Master's degree or even a Doctoral degree represents a much more ambitious goal than a bachelor's degree. In the same way, their lifetime success and interest lies more in academic achievements than in making money.
As far as I am concerned, it is sensible that we should take a rational attitude towards the decisive choice. For the part of my own, getting a higher degree abroad has long been my dream. This is based on my belief that I should do more research and learn more while I am still young.
There was a big stone in front of my living zone. Though so many people lived here and they came in and out everyday, they just ignored the stone and walked through it directly. Some day, when I went home after school, I found the stone was moved to another side. It was so comfortable to see the road back to its original way. I was so curious, in my eyes, the person who did this was a hero. So I asked the security guard, he told me that it was a new guy who just moved to here did it. A few days later, the security guard suddenly pointed to me the new guy, as he just passed. I saw him. He looked very ordinary, and a little thin in the middle age. I looked at his back, and admired him so much. Though he did the small thing, he was a hero.

If i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing e beeen me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in o directions at habit of attention bees part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown up people say “ i could not fix my attention on the sermon or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to bee a power.

The new skill I acquired was skating. The process is challening but , on watching the Winter Olympics Games in Beijing, I became enthusiastic about skating. From then on, I was determined to master this fascinating , at the very beginning, when I stepped on the ice, Istumbled over myself. Hard as I strive,I stillfell over again and again. The moment I thought of the athletes on the field, I was inspired by their powerful spirits. Eventually, my persistence and painstaking efforts paid off. According to the reform program of the college entrance examination that the Ministry of Education has made,some of the subjects will be examed many times in a have different oppinions about this.
Some say that this program give students more free can choose the exam time themself and its obvious an effective way to improve their grades of the university entrance the other hand,if some of the subjects are finished ahead of time,students will be in less pressure during the time.
There are also many people against the program while others are in favour of wil increase the burden of the students by the frequently is a waste of the education resource cause the exam costs more in this case.
In my oppinion,to pass the exam before the reference time is a good way to relax ourselves while we are all under the pressure of the university entrance Im looking forward to see the reform program to be brought into force.

As the developing of Chinese economy，the problem of protecting environment is being more and more important. It is a crucial responsibility for us. If we let this situation go as it is，it would be almost not a health earth for our offspring. It sounds an alarm to us that we should execute the steps of protecting environment quickly. Recently，a large number of problems appeared obviously，the security of food，the acid rain，the lack of water，the worse weather，all of all，it is the problem of environment in the final analysis. On the one hand，the related laws should be established by government. On the other hand，the consciousness of protecting environment ought to be publicized in public. I have an unshakable believe that if we put the problem of protecting environment be the first place，our society would have been developing fast and healthily.
