Over the past couple of years，several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various problem of food security has bee a hot button across society.
The prevalence of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health，which the government could not afford to ignore，according to the online edition of the People Daily.
There are a couple of driving forces，I would argue，behind this undesirable tide. First，in the course of the rapid economic evolution，we ignore moral education，giving rise to the rising rate of the problem. More importantly，the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend.
As Confucius instructed，it is better late than never. Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend. The government should launch a massive moral campaign to educate all citizens and draw up tougher laws to crack down on those irresponsible corporations and prohibit them from entering the food industry am firmly convinced that through our bined efforts we are bound to enjoy more risk-free foods in the days ahead.
As the song goes “ My hope isn’t a dream .” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them .When I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply . “ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I ’d like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . But I never think they are far away .
How time flies! Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I know clearly that those high buildings are based on solid foundation . As a student , I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . I know it’s hard work , and I ’ll come across many difficulties and frustrations . But no matter what they are , I’ll keep working on it and never give up . My teacher says there ’s only one kind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put up with hardships . Even if I won’t achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what I have done , for I have struggled for my life.
The government and people of China have always admired the purposes and principles of the Olympic spirit and supported the efforts made by the Olympics in promoting world peace. The Chinese government and people are doing our utmost in preparation for the Olympics in Beijing. It is our hope to make it a grand gathering that will carry forward the Olympic spirit, promote world peace and enhance the friendship among people of the world, so that the Olympic spirit will flourish once again, this time in China, an oriental country with an ancient civilization.
第一步：熟悉你演讲的内容。正所谓“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，只有你熟悉自己要演讲的内容，哪怕忘记了演讲稿的原文，也能在台上短短时间内用自己的语言陈述出来，而不是像背诵一样机械的复述。
第二步：调整结构，理清逻辑。在熟悉自己要讲的内容后，就要将这些内容串联起来，形成一个结构严谨的.顺序。比如先说原因，原因有几点，再说结果，结果又有那几点。
其优点是不仅可以帮助你记忆要讲的内容，还能使听众更容易理解。
第三步：反复练习。有些不足之处不是光看就能看出来的，还得在实际环境中发现，因此反复练习很有必要。
在练习中，可以找出语句不顺、表达不清晰的地方，还可以通过在朋友、熟人面前预演来消除紧张感。
第四步：临场救急。哪怕是做好一切准备工作但也会因为这样或那样的问题而出现不可预知的情况，这是就需要一些临场救急的技巧。
最常见的就是忘词，如果忘词了，可以用一些口语承接词或强调前文来争取时间，万一实在想不起来，那么就果断舍弃，不要在这个地方纠缠，因为实际上听众也不了解你想要说几点。
学习演讲技巧
(1)简短演讲需要注意的小细节
简短演讲往往在我们的生活出现的情况比较多，不经意间一个场合可能就需要我们起来发言，相信你肯定深有体会。这里只要注意几个小细节就可以了，我简要提炼一下：强调重点，描述细节事项，最好还要有一个总结性的结语或者能给你的听众带来些什么益处的表达。基本上你抓住了这几点就能有一个很不错的发挥了。
(2)即席演讲性的内容表达技巧
即席演讲其实是很考验一个人的能力的。我对即席演讲的把握就是首先你自己要有活力要很投入，其次你要围绕一个中心话题来展开，把自己的想法恰当的组织在一起而不是紧张盲目的到处拼凑。当然临场的心理素质也是需要的，这一点就没有什么技巧了，心理素质这一块只能靠自己多去交流表达多去开阔自己的视野多去阅读.....没有其他的捷径;
(3)说服性演讲需要注意的方面
说服性演讲一般比较有鼓-动性。我们想要通过演讲让观众接受我们的一些思考或者想法，首先我认为你演讲的态度是最重要的。真诚是你赢得观众最有力的依靠;其次既然是说服，那么你自身要有足够的热情然后就是你的言谈举止要足够的尊重你的观众。有耐心，有诚意，有尊重，有热情，相信你经成功了大半。

In my heart, I think the most important quality to continue the friendship is sincerity. A true friendship must be built on sincerity. However, to continue a friendship is not a easy thing. Both of each other have to pay a lot. The word sincerity contains too much. Firstly, we need to be frank and honest to each other. Only if when we did so can the other side treat us like the same and thus build belief between friends.
A friendship full of lies and deceit shouldn't be called friendship. Secondly, we need to be considerable and do not be self-centered. We should think more for our friends and encourage them on certain occasion.
A self-centered friend can be very troublesome and annoying. No one would tolerate him for a long time. Finally, I think we should learn to compromise sometimes. We can't live in harmony forever with our friends. When there expose a disagreement, we should compromise to each other. Only by this way can a friendship last long.
