With the wide spread of hamburger Restaurant, especially the McDonald and KFC, our children are exposed to these kinds of high calorie , some people worry that if our children eat too much hamburgers, then they would gain weight quite easily. Some people argue that hamburgers do no bad to children’s health. Standing on my point of view, I suggest that children shouldn't eat hamburgers. Reasons are listed below.
First of all, eating hamburgers leads to fat. It is known to all that all the hamburgers are junk food containing high calorie and high fat while low nutrition. If our children eat them often, then they will be gaining weight easily. What’s worse, they will be dystrophic so as to affect body development.
Secondly, eating hamburgers often will cause cancer. Most hamburgers are fried food. It is investigated that if we eat fried food often, then we will be easy to get cancer.
All in all, though hamburgers are popular around the world, they are classified into the circle of junk food because it will lead to fat and even cause cancer if our children eat too many. So, we shouldn’t take our children to eat hamburgers.
With the approach of Shanghai World Expo，what has caused the public concern is whether the local government should follow Beijing to take strict measures to restrict the use of private cars during the Olympics to solve the serious traffic problems.
Shanghai experts have voiced different opinions about it，I hold that current traffic situation should be ，as more and more private cars flood into cities，city services and facilities have been strained to a breaking ，the host city of the Expo，has been exposed not only to the problem of increasing population，but to the problem of the overcrowded second problem is the physical growing number of private cars，whose exhaust sends huge quantities of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere，makes the air of cities unbreathable.

Autumn in Countryside
It gradually turns cool. The sunlight is no longer so strong and the cicadas have stopped crying. The hot summer went by at last. The favorite season in the year is coming.
Everywhere we can see the scene of bumper crops: on the fields is golden rice,on the trees are ripe fruits. The farmers faces are full of smiles. They are now expecting a good harvest through a summers hard work.
The autumn evening is especially beautiful. When the setting sun goes slowly down to the west, the sky over the mountains is covered with red rays of evening sunlight, which shines upon the blue sky and floating clouds, just as the maple leaves fall onto the sky.
It is getting cool at dusk. The wind blows, the moonlight shines on the ground,the frogs croak and insects chirp in the fields. Such a situation will make you forget all the unhappy things in the daytime.

I'm a senior high school student named Li Hua. Now many students have iPads and think it's a fashion to use them. U sing an iPad, we can listen to music, download a lot of learning materials and read them on the screen. Apparently, it's helpful to our study, especially to our English listening.
Some students, however, bring their iPads to the classroom and listen to music without earphones, which makes the teacher and other students greatly annoyed. Some of them even waste precious time in class playing video games.

Health is our most important possession, so we should do our best to maintain it. As we all know, good health is necessary to happiness and success. On the contrary, people who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
As far as I'm concerned , there are three principal suggestions for us to follow. First of all, we should adopt a scientific diet, which provides the necessities for your body. The second one is that we are supposed to persist in taking physical exercise , especially the people working indoors. Last but not least, we are supposed to stay in a cheerful mood.
As for me, in order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the _junk food_ although it usually tastes good. Moreover, I even form good habits of doing morning exercises, listening to beautiful music and reading good books, which always cheer me up.

Spring is tht best season of the year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My clas iamates and I took a one-day sightseeing around our scene was pretty. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry, and thoughit a lot.
With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living things can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.
