I am writing this letter to reflect some problems I came across recently and. appeal to the improvement of the service industry.
This weekend I bought an English-Chinese dictionary in a bookstore near my home since its cover is elaborately designed. But when I went home and read carefully, I found that the several pages of the dictionary have been cracked and befouled. What is worse, the misprints spread everywhere in the dictionary and seriously affect my comprehension. Since there was such damage and misprint to the dictionary, I went to the bookstore to require for a replace. But to my surprise, the staff of the bookstore turn down my request rudely and even denied the poor quality of the dictionary.
It goes without saying that today's face-paced and market-oriented economy calls for much higher standard for service industry. However, to my regret, many of the commercials fail to achieve this standard and the quality of the staff needs to be improved. It's self-evident that the poor quality of practitioners in the service industry will not only deeply disappoint customers but also hamper the development of our country's economy. As a result, I expect your newspaper to appeal to the service industry to attach more importance to the service improvement.

And then, you just need to wait for your goods to be delivered to yourhome.

It is known that with the rapid development of information technology,internet and electronic commerce is getting more and more popular in our daily my first experience of shopping online i have got some ideas and share them with you.
Personally I believe that by making good use of online shopping,we can get various products that are possibly not available in a traditional browsing the products online,we can easily and conveniently choose the ones we like and get them paid and delivered without going out of addition,the products are always cheaper than the ones in a traditional store.
However,the disadvantage of online shopping is that sometimes we may not actually see the products until we receive them,which I think we may have the chance to buy something sometimes there may be potential risks for online shopping,there is no doubt that it is of great benefit and convenience for us to go shopping online.

随着近些年来入境游客量持续增长，入境旅游成为我国旅游业发展的重要增长点，2009年底《_关于加快发展旅游业的意见》中提出2015年中国入境过夜游客人数将达到9000万人次的预期。大量外国游客的到来，为国内英语专业导游员提供了大量施展才华的机会，但导游员数量的缺乏，质量的参差不齐，也严重影响了祖国山水的对外宣传，所以对于旅游专业英语教学来说，如何培养高素质英语导游员已是迫在眉睫。
中等职业学校的旅游与服务管理专业主要是培养出高素质的一线导游员，旅游英语作为旅游服务与管理专业的一门重要专业课，其学习效果好坏对于学生以后从事涉外导游服务起着决定性作用。然而，中职旅游专业学生由于英语基础相对较差，在学习旅游英语时，会显得力不从心，于是，怎样让学生“乐学、善学”就成为了旅游英语教师思考的问题。
针对以上情况，笔者所在的学校为了提高旅游专业学生的英语水平，特选用了以对话形式呈现课文内容的教材，注重英语口语表达的学习，尽量减少语法的涉及。同时，在保证课文主题完整的同时，降低了内容难度，突出知识的实用性，提高了课堂上学生的英语实际运用与交际能力，真正让学生在课堂学习中也能有实践操作的机会，从而身临每一个旅游场景，学以致用。我们倡导旅游英语对话教学，也就是倡导在英语课堂上，教师与学生作为平等的双方，以对话为背景，就共同的话题探讨、融合，形成一种寓教于乐的教学情境。
一、旅游英语对话教学的优势
作为教师，都希望自己的教学氛围是轻松的、愉快的，学生对知识的理解是容易的。对话性英语课堂教学正符合这种要求。对话性英语课堂教学就是在课堂上，充分调动教师和学生的积极性，使教师乐于教，学生乐于学。在快乐学习的同时培养旅游专业学生的自信心，使她们在今后的工作中面对外国客人时，能勇敢的用英语表达并交流，让学生体会到理论和实践结合的快乐感。
中职学校学生的旅游英语学习，教学时间短，要求见效快，从而对旅游专业的英语教师提出了更高的要求：既不能简单的以教师为中心，也不能让学生处于被动的地位。传统英语教学中念念单词、读读句型、讲讲语法的常规教学方法对学生获取知识、巩固知识和运用知识能力的提高作用有限。而旅游英语对话教学的内容正是围绕导游工作的主题，以“入住登记”、“投诉”、“接站”、“送站”等为主题用对话的形式实景呈现。这不仅降低了教材的难度，而且使其更适应中职学校学生的英语水平，对提高学生的英语学习水平，增强他们学习英语的主动性都大有益处。
二、旅游英语对话教学的实施
1、主动学习相关词汇及表达方式，为对话做好准备
在英语学习上，旅游专业学生常常觉得“巧妇难为无米之炊”，因此课堂的培养目标应从词汇的记忆和再认、句型掌握、交际能力等方面入手。然而，词汇的学习往往枯燥而且乏味，所以要尽可能地使词汇接近教学内容。教师可采取多种方式呈现词汇，通过感官刺激，让学生产生长时记忆，从而促使学生能积极主动地学习相关表达方式，并及时发现学生在学习过程中的疑难问题，让他们准备好对话中可能要用的短语及习惯表达，变原来的“老师主动教”成为“学生主动学”。比如，在学习“投诉”这一课时，先让学生讨论投诉可能会出现的场景，然后总结出投诉中要用到的词汇，并主动寻求这些词汇的英文表达方式。这样教学的好处在于，学生对英语词汇的学习是积极主动的获取，而不是被动的、由教师灌输的。
2、勇于开口表达，培养对话的自信心
师生之间的关系将直接影响到学生的课堂参与，教师应处在和学生平等的地位，通过积极的引导让学生成为真正参与课堂的主动者，成为课堂里真正的“主人”。师生之间或生生之间的平等对话，将大大激发学生主动对话的欲望，提高学生主动对话的能力，增强学生主动对话的自信心。因此，在对话教学中，鼓励学生勇于开口表达是十分必要的。
学以致用是学习知识的目的，语言学习更是如此，只有通过沟通和交流，才能锻炼自己的语言表达能力，才能熟悉各种词汇，才能牢记各种语言表达方式和技巧。
3、即兴表演，真实还原对话情景
旅游口语训练是旅游专业英语教学的重点，这是由旅游业对从业人员的要求所决定的。旅游英语对话教学实施的关键，就是为学生提供一个模拟场景，让学生根据场景和主题进行即兴表演，用自己的语言再现对话情景。这样不仅能激发学生的学习潜能，提高学生运动知识的能力，而且学生可以通过运用语言这个工具来解决突发状况，也提高了自己应急处突的能力。学习“入住登记”这一课时，学习者就可以分别扮演导游和游客，游客可以根据实际旅游过程中发生的各种状况模拟情景，而模拟导游的一方必须尽可能完善的安排好住宿与登记，并帮助作为客人的一方解答疑惑，让游客最终满意。即兴表演的过程既锻炼了学生的语言表达能力，也增强了对非言语交际行为的理解（如仪态举止、声音与表情）。
4、竞争表演，完善对话教学
随着对话训练的深入，学生对文章的理解逐渐加深，参与课堂对话教学的学生也会不断增多，自信心也会越来越强，这时，对于这部分刚刚建立自信的学生，在“我要对话”的基础上，引入竞争机制，让他们分组竞赛，通过借助团队的力量，查找资料，准备对话内容，让自己的自信心增强的同时，也体会到团队合作的优势和乐趣。伴随着语言实践的增加和积累，不仅可以提高学生的口头表达水平，更能培养他们自信对话的能力。
三、旅游英语对话教学存在的问题
1、教师角色的定位
在对话教学中，教师其实是中介者，是对话的组织者和监督者。教师不仅要教会学生如何对话，还要督促学生自己对话，引导学生主动形成对话，并勇于表达。同时，教师的教学方法也不能单一陈旧，既不能简单的以教师为中心进行传统的知识教授；也不能只是带领学生开展会话游戏等进行所谓的实践活动，而没有组织扎实有效的课堂学习。
2、把握好对话的难度
对话任务要贴近学生的语言表达能力，具有适当的难度和可操作性。太难了，学生会退缩不敢表达，太容易了，则不能调动学生积极性，不同的对话教学在设计上应有不同的变化。所以，教师在“度”的把握上要准确到位。
总之，在竞争日益激烈的今天，人们对涉外旅游从业人员的素质提出了更高的要求，熟练的英语表达能力将成为他们有利的竞争力。作为教师，在对待旅游专业的英语教学中，不仅要根据学生及其专业特点，因人施教，发挥其专业特色，更要给学生更多的英语对话机会，切实提高他们的英语水平。

With the development of the e-commerce, more and more people intent to do the shopping online. There are many advantages of online shopping, yet there are some disadvantages too.
On the one hand, the online shopping are very convenient. Unlike the physical stores, there is no limit of time for you to do the shopping online. And you can find anything in the online store, some of which you may hardly buy at the local. And also, the price is relatively transparent, you can choose the affordable one to buy.
On the other hand, since the goods are only presented by the pictures and descriptions, it is hard to tell its reality, so you might have bought something you don’t like, or even the fake one. Of course you can ask for the after service, but it will increase your cost of the time. And the advertisements on the online shops may make you spend much more money on online shopping without being conscious.
Anyway, the online shopping makes the shopping easier, but please do it with rationality.
有相关资料统计显示，世界上有超过百分之六十以上的人口在讲十二种语言，其中包括联合国规定的六种工作语言即：汉语、英语、法语、俄语、西班牙语和阿拉伯语。汉语是使用人数最多的一种，现已超过十三亿人口，但区域比较集中，基本上局限在中国和一些海外的华人集聚地；英语紧随其后，将英语作为官方语言的有英国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰，人口有近四亿；此外，英联邦的五十三个国家把英语作为第二语言或官方的对外交际语言，人口两点五亿，将英语作为外国语使用的人约有三到五亿。由此可见，英文不仅使用的人数众多，涵盖的范围也最广。从上世纪中叶起，由于美国在世界政治、军事、经济、科技等方面的地位日益提高，英文的使用也趋于更加广泛。目前，各国际组织间的政治、经济会议，各国的商贸往来、学术交流等使用的文件基本上都是用英文撰写和记载的；非英语国家出版的各类学术著作、研发的科技成果等均是用英文对外发表的，就连不同国家华人之间的一些商贸往来信函也用英文撰写的。由于世界经济一体化已成为一种必然的趋势，从战略发展的角度来分析，英文商业信函的使用非但不会减少，反而会持续攀升，其地位和作用也会变的更加显著和重要。
除以上政治，经济，学术，商贸交往外，我国的大学四～六级英语考试也有英语信函的写作内容。国际通用的雅士英语测试也有信函写作的考试内容。更有一些大学毕业生在求职，申请海外留学，移民，工作在合资，独资企业的技术人员也经常面对信函的书写问题。而生活在海外的中国人每天要面对大量信件，这些信件来自于当地政府， 社会团体，金融机构，保险公司，贷款公司，海关，法庭，警察诸多种种。有声明信，解释信，投诉信，委托信等等，这些还是作为主要交流工具解决人们日常中面临的烦恼，对事情的处理意见，解决方法等等。因为信函附有本人签字在西方国家具有比电话， Email 等其它方式更多的法律效力。
根据以上分析，不难看出英语已逐渐成为国际交往中各个方面使用最多的一种语言，其国际通用性与重要性日益增强。语言作为人与人交流工具的基本表达方式有两种：一种是口语，另一种是文字。而后者表现的犹为突出，在国际商贸活动中，几乎所有的交易最终都是通过文字来完成的。因此，英文信函、文件等在国际经贸活动中起着至关重要的作用。在美国， 英国，加拿大，澳大利亚，新西兰等英语作为官方语言的国家，把英语信函大致分三种：官方政府信函，商贸信函 （Business Letter）和一般信函 （General letter）。商贸信函包括：询价（Enquiry），报价（Quotation），订货（Order），装运（Shipment），请求（Request），回复（Reply），投诉（Complaint）， 索赔（Claim），拒绝信 (Refuse)，销售信(Sale)，邀请函 （Invitation），感谢信 （Thanks），道歉信（Apology），祝贺信 （Congratulations），通知 （Notice），备忘录（Notes），会议记录 （Meeting Record），简历（Resume），申请函（Application），推荐信 （Recommendations），报告调查问卷 (Survey)，和商务文件 (Business Documents)。商务英语信函是国际商务交际的主要沟通成交方式，是国际商务交际的不可取代的。一封明了，得体的商务英语信函可以帮助一个企业树立良好的商业形象，进而促成贸易合作， 实现双赢的局面；反之，事与愿违，使商务活动失败，使企业错失良机，甚至不可估量的损失。一般的信函包括：邀请信（Invitation），感谢信（Thanks），道歉信（Apology），祝贺信（Congratulations）， 抱歉信（Regret），求助信（Request），赠礼信（Presentation），预定信（Booking），申请信（Application），推荐信（Recommendations），简历 （Resume），回复 （Reply），投诉（Complaint），索赔（Claim）等等。
无论是商务信函还是一般信函，一定要按一定的格式写，商务信函比较正规，称谓，段落，结尾都要按标准写。个人信件比较简单一些，比较熟的人写信不用正规的格式。 但两种信件写作一定要准确表达发信人的意图。就是清楚明白地陈述内容，不能让读信人产生异议，不能引起不必要的误会。一些商务信函涉及到双方的债权，债务等利益关系，而且具有“准公文和类合同”的凭证作用与约束作用，所以必须准确无误，包括内容、格式、语体、语法、措词、标点符号等在内。其次，信件一定要简洁、明了。就是要有简明有力的行文。商务英语信函的目的就是要快速准确地传递商务信息，它本身的时效性决定了它必须简洁明了。最后，一些朋友间的信件需要丰富的感彩。就是要求文词含蓄优美。大方、文雅的形象本身就具有说服力。

一、引言
在全球化的背景下，商品之间互相流通频繁，广告翻译是将本国产品推向国际市场的一种重要途径和有效手段。有效的通过广告将其商品推进国际市场绝不是简单的语码转换，而是要充分考虑译语受众，并用受众愿意接受的方式建构话语，使其对其话语产生信任，最终达到诱导受众采取行动购买其产品。追溯国内商业广告及其翻译的研究，已有学者从修辞角度对商业广告及其翻译进行研究，但是大多数是对修辞翻译策略和修辞格的探讨。这些研究都是对修辞格在广告中的应用以及对其修辞格翻译的探讨，而基于“新修辞”框架内的修辞意识对商业广告翻译进行分析则较少。本论文基于陈小慰教授新修辞框架下翻译实践的辞修辞意识(2013)对英汉商业广告的翻译进行分析，本论文将侧重从以下三个方面对英汉广告语翻译进行分析：一是确保译文内容真实可信；二是运用得体诉求；三是精心构建话语方式。
二、商业广告翻译中的修辞意识分析
1.确保译文内容真实可信
中英文存在着两个方面的差异：一是修辞传统话语的不同；二是话语的建构方式不同。具体表现为西方的修辞话语重客观表述事实和传递具体信息文字，而汉语修辞话语侧重使用均衡对称的并列结构、修饰性词语和渲染烘托性的语言；汉语广告的组篇方式特点多用成语和四、五、六、七字并列结构，而英语广告句法上的特点则大量使用陈述句、祈使句、疑问句的口语式的句子。因此，在广告语翻译中，译者要针对这些差异，通过适调，努力使原文信息在译语语境中言之有理，令译文读者信服。例如：喝孔府家酒，做天下文章。译文一:DrinkKongfuSpiritandwriteNo．1article.译文二:ConfuciusFamilyL.该广告语使用了工整的五字并列结构。从修辞话语传统方面来说，原文受众看到“喝孔府家酒，做天下文章”会联想到博学的古代圣人孔子，所以带有儒家色彩，是原文才有的文化背景知识。如果将该广告语译成“DrinkKongfuSpiritandwriteNo．1article”，对于译语读者来说是会“致使信息变形，缺乏可信度，不易被译文读者所接受。其原因在于它在译语语境中没有提供清晰正确的知识，使译语受众无从明白其真正含义”。该广告语要传达的信息就是喝了孔府家酒就能像孔子一样有智慧，译文二使用了简单句“ConfuciusFamilyL”既传达了原文的文本信息，又符合了译语读者的文化心理诉求，使译语受众明白该广告的正真含义，进而达到说服受众的目的，并取得预期效果。
2.得体运用诉求策略
诉求策略就是一种能够激发受众情感，并使其与之产生共鸣的修辞策略。得体运用诉求策略包括以下两个方面：一是要尽量采用激发听众情感的语言策略；二是在翻译中要考虑受众需求和语言文化差异，有效呈现译者欲加以影响的事实，给予一定的明晰化处理。例如：A.越抽越有味。原文出自莎士比亚的戏剧剧名《皆大欢喜》，其含义就是“结局好，一切就好”。而作为香烟广告，则无法传递原广告词的文学意义，如果译为“皆大欢喜”，则无法激发受众的情感。而译成“越抽越有味”既符合中国文化，有能激发受众的情感，该译文能有效地影响受众，符合了中国受众的文化诉求和情感诉求，进而说服受众，实现预期效果。
3.精心构建话语方式
精心建构方式指的是精心设计译文的组篇方式，即语言形式的组织方式。要有效影响受众，必须要以受众熟悉的行文组篇方式来获得受众的认同。例如：ShiningandCaring.─SunLifeFinancial，Inc.关怀周详，一生照亮。─加拿大永明人寿保险公司这是一则保险公司广告，从句法上来看，原文用的是用“and”连接的两个形容词式短语结构，其含义是为了强调该保险公司的业务能够给投保人的未来生活得到保障，进而使消费者办理投保、理财业务的消费行为。为了使在汉语语境中能更好地影响受众，中文译文根据汉语的组篇方式，运用了工整对仗的四字并列结构，符合汉语的表达习惯，是汉语受众熟悉的组篇方式。
三、结语
在英汉广告语的翻译实践活动中，想要很好的传达这种劝说目的，必须带着修辞意识进行翻译，以确保译文能够被译语受众认同，并且能够准确传达信息，刺激消费者，最终激发其购买欲。这种修辞意识必须以受众为中心，确保译文内容真实可信、运用得体诉求策略、精心构建话语方式，并充分考虑源语和译语的受众在修辞传统，话语建构方式，文化、情感诉求等方面的差异性，只有这样才能有效以修辞意识为指导，进行翻译实践。

days。 Some students think it's very convenient for us to go shopping on the internet。 The shops on Internet ，for example taobao。com, 360buy。com are open for almost 24 hours a day, so we can buy something we want at any time if we like。 What's more, we needn't to wait in a queue。
However, some students disagreed with them。 We can't see the things while we are shopping。 So we are not sure whether they are good or not。。 Besides, we can't enjoy the happiness of shopping with our friends。
A lot of smartphone apps can help you out if you let them access your phone's GPS. But even if you give permission, do you know everything they're doing with that information?
Some computer scientists wanted to find out. So they modified the Android mobile phone platform to tag all data apps sent from the phone. Then they randomly selected 30 of the most popular Android apps, choosing only ones that require access to the Internet and access to the phone's GPS, camera or microphone. And they played with them, all while tracking the data each app sent out.
Turns out 15—half the apps—sent the phone's location to third-party advertisers. Two apps did present user agreements—but they said nothing about sending that data. And a third of the apps revealed the phone's unique ID, sometimes along with the phone number and SIM card serial number. The findings will be presented at an upcoming USENIX Symposium. The researchers won't say which apps committed the worst offenses. But there’s a good chance you could have some of the apps on your smartphone. And if one of them asks for your location, you can opt to have it mind its own business instead of yours.
